what is it? I can't read the label as it is too small for my eyes :o
Inside Round = Top Round. You can probably do pulled beef with it...
It's a leaner cut, so you might have to smoke/braise it. (although that one looks well marbled)
Might be a good candidate for "Pepper Stout Beef".
