I live in Abbotsford BC and was a member on the Susan Minor forum. I have a 4 rack digital smoker. I mostly use it when we go camping to do ribs. I plan on trying to cook brisket for the first time this summer. For my ribs I usually use store bought rubs and sauce from House of Q.

We are far away fom the flooding so we are fine, hoping for the best for all those affected.
