Just got the digital Bradley Smoker and am eager to get cooking was tired of spending money on processing my deer and bear, now with the smoker I will enjoy doing it myself!

welcome aboard, there are several here that  hunt for  elk and maybe  bear,,,im sure they  will have  plenty of advice.

Welcome Aboard there are a several recipes under the sausage making section for venison. Most can be adapted to elk

Welcome to the forum from Nebraska!  Yes, lots of good recipes for deer.  The smoked roasts and loins turn out great in the Bradley.  Also, check out the jerky section.  You can use deer for all of the beef recipes.  You might even be able to experiment with some of the beef or pork recipes substituting bear meat!
