Title: Burger Dogs
Post by: ListerD on May 18, 2006, 10:52:48 AM
I was checking out the Dizzy Pig Cow Lick that BigSmoker mentioned in his post and found this on that site...

Pretty interesting! http://www.dizzypigbbq.com/recipesBurgerDogs.html

I wonder how these would hold up to a nice slow smoke?

Heh, he don't know mw very well do he?  ;D I actually don't own a BS. Have an older cabinet smoker and a pit style smoker.

I will probably try a couple this weekend for giggles.

OH MY!...this could be serious...that does look good.  Grilled or Smoked.  Bottom line, if it has Bacon it really can't be bad anyway.

The only thing Bacon can't help is smoked zucchini.

Well I did'em...

I just cleaned the grill up and so I had to grill something, used pepper jack, butt rub and garlic salt...QUITE TASTY...I think it would lend itself to smoking.

But however after seeing Caddy Shack again Saturday, it did remind me of the pool scene.
