Just wanted to give a big thank you to those who started and maintain this site, and those who have contributed so much. I've been on here reading non stop for the last 2 weeks since I decided i was getting a Bradley. I feel very well prepared, I ordered my 6 rack this past sunday, within the past hour i ordered some bubba pucks from yardandpool (yes 3), and ordered the igrill. i've got tons of recipes saved in my favorites bar, and am finding new ones everyday. I've smoked once in a little chief electric and was unimpressed at best. I can't wait to get this bad boy and learn the ropes and hope to come up with a recipe that is as raved about as most on here.
