Title: Its 12.23am est who else is up loading the Bradley for today's events?

Loaded a 8.5 lb butt and will load a 18 lb turkey , broken down, later this morning.

Loading up a 4 pound boneless shoulder for today's pulled pork, then tomorrow will be brisket or maybe smoke my bacon. Let's see some pictures, I'm especially interested in details on your turkey smoke I've got two in the freezer that I want to do later on. Have a happy fourth :)
