Title: Rained out 4th
Post by: GusRobin on July 04, 2013, 08:55:27 PM
It has been raining all day and is expected to continue through the weekend. I bought some spare ribs and since I hadn't cooked anything on charcoal for a while, I was going to use the UDS today. But the rain took care of that plan.
So plan B was to cook them on the Bradley since I have the "Bradley House" to keep the rain at bay.
Made up a large batch of Spicy Jan's Rub and threw a rack of ribs in the Bradley. Decided to use the 12" Amazn smoker instead of pucks.

I didn't take pics because while the Bradley was protected from the rain, I wasn't. So here is the final pic, on a plate with some potato salad and baked beans.

It was all good, and washed down with some Apple Shine.
