Five year old Bradley 4 rack won't get past 190 degrees. What could be the problem??? Had 3 racks of ribs and 2 whole chickens and it wouldn't get past 155 with all that in it. Removed chickens and it improved a little. What could be going on. Temp slide is all the way to the right.
Open vent wide open, and then check to make sure the element is glowing red.
