Title: Cockpot Beer Chicken

Gotta try this. Making for my wifes work dinner tomorrow. Recipe follows photos

Here is the dry ingredients and the beer im using.

Im also adding some cumin. 1/4 t.

Chicken seasoned. Going in crockpot at 11pm

Here is the recipe. Im sure you can double this for larger families.

Ingredients
2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle or can of your favorite beer (I used Bud Black Crown)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 T dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper

I added 1/4 t cumin and 1/8 t thyme


Instructions
1.Place all ingredients in the crock pot, and cook on high for 4-5 hrs, or low for 6-8 hrs.
2.Feel free to change out the spices and herbs and use whatever you'd like.


Cooking time: High 4-5 hours/Low 6-8 hours
