Title: Salmon Help Quick!!

Put salmon on at 3:00 cst  at 150 for the recommended 2-3 hours per this website. But now it's been 3.5 hours and internal temp is only 120. Need it done soon for guest. Can I crank it up??

Its ok to adjust Temps if in a hurry. You may have a few fat bugers pop out but it will be cooked to temp.
