Hi there, just picked up a digital 6 rack unit with the cold smoke attachment.
Looking forward to learning and smoking!

Congrats on the new smoker and welcome from down Texas way. There is a lot to try with it and tons to learn from these guy's on here. Just get yourself ready to post pictures of your smokes.

I just came back with 60+ lbs of Salmon from the Queen Charlottes and want to do some cold smoking.
