Title: PIG CANDY
Post by: BAM1 on July 16, 2013, 02:46:14 PM
Had some small end pieces left over from my last bacon cure/smoke so I thought I'd use them up before making new bacon.  Dusted with Super Pig and onto the wife's gas grill

Melted some dipping chocolate and chopped some pecans

Pig Candy, dipped in chocolate and some in pecans.  DELICIOUS!!!

Very nice it looks very tasty. When ever I have bacon ends I save them for bacon jam. Do a search on this site for some really good recipes for bacon jam. It,s really not hard to make and is so good on just about anything.
