Have not made bread for a long time and sonnys starter been sitting in the freezer for some months now. Never brought any starter back to life before after being frozen so I thought lets give this a try.
Well after sitting on the counter for two days I decided to feed it. Next day there was not much action, just a few little bubbles. So I knew it wanted to get going but just needed some more help. I cut that in half and feed it again. Next morning we had lots of action.

So got the bread pans out and a tray of buns and got down to making bread.

I think I left it to rise to long as you can see the bread kinda sunk on the top, but it still smelled and tasted good ;)
