Title: No Smoke

so today I am trying to smoke ribs and its not producing smoke. checked all the wires and nothing... its coming up to temp but it seems the smoke tray is not getting hot enough.. what to do ?

Shut everything down, remove the smoke generator from the tower and turn it upside down.  You will find 8 perimeter screws.  Remove those.  You will also see screws in the middle.  Leave those alone.  Turn the smoke generator upright.  It should now open clamshell fashion.  Check each and every wiring connection in there.  Push them together even though they may look like they are connected.  Once you have done that, put it all back together and see if the puck burner will begin to heat hot enough to smoke.

also remember to let it warm up 20 to 30 minutes prior to allowing a puck onto the burner
