Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum but I have had my 4 rack digital Bradley smoker since the middle of May. I have smoked 3 whole Chickens, Spare ribs, Pork Butt and a Brisket. I am still learning and experimenting each time. The Taste is great just need to learn better control with the smoker. I think I have come to the place to learn this. Always open to suggestions.

Welcome from Texas, you have indeed come to the place of all learning Bradley related, these guy's have saved my Butt literally on several occasions, never hesitate to ask a question and post lots of pictures of your smokes we love them.
