I would like to smoke a beef roast and pork roast together.  Anybody have any ideas on how.
Do I use a rub?  Thank you

Welcome from Texas, I think you should be fine doing both at the same time, the guys with more experience will be along shortly to tell you which goes on top, what temp, what IT, etc... As for rubs you can use your favorite home made rub or store bought or you can search here for Jan's Rub Recipe which was developed by one of the members wives.

Welcome,
I am also from Wisconsin, specifically New Berlin. What area are you from?
I have had a Bradley I believe for over 8 years and it has served me well.
