Title: pork and beef roast smoked
Post by: margerbera on July 30, 2013, 07:29:26 AM
Good Morning
I would like to smoke a beef and pork roast together and was wondering if anyone had a great recipe for this.  I would like to pull the meat and maybe a light sauce on it when done.
Thank you for your help

If you are going to pull both cuts, the best pork roast to pull is from the shoulder, as for beef the chuck or brisket make for good pulled beef.

For pulled pork I am partial to The Renowned Mr. Brown Barbecued Pork Butt (http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?86-Pulled-Pork-and-Sauce&p=99#post99)

I find the Pulled Beef (http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?539-Pulled-Beef&p=857#post857) recipe is very good also.
