UPS just dropped off 12 lbs of fresh king salmon filets from the Pike Place Market in Seattle. We stopped there on our way home from an Alaskan cruise. Gonna eat good tonight!!!

I loved Pike Place, they even let me toss some fish around!
That looks good....let us know how it turns out.....
That looks like it's going to be good whatever you do to it, I've only seen Pike Place on food network but it looked cool.
Nice and fatty; that fish is going to be really good. ;)
i've got fam coming out next week and were gonna take em down there, hence we will be smoking some next weekend cant wait. looks good
Just picked up a couple of fresh steelhead filets at Costco - $6.99/lb. Will give them a bit of smoke tomorrow :)
I just found out my goddaughter and mother in law r heading to Seattle next weekend. I think I might have some salmon within the next few weeks. Oh baby!
Looks good! If you are able to go back make sure to stop by BB Ranch. They are a old school butcher shop but they also are also famous with their Pot Bacon. They use meat from local farms even from over here in Eastern WA. Great group of guys!

Thanks, I'll try to do that for sure. Going back in November.
Hey Joe
That's interesting always heard of the place and never been there :(. If you don't mind what was the cost to ship them this far and what is the freshness like. Thanks Tim.

They ship UPS overnight. The cost is $65.00 for up to 12 lbs. It arrived here in less than 24 hrs. Great freshness. Like it just came out of the water.
