I have the 4 rack smoker and after the third use of it, i noticed that the seal around the door is starting to blister and bubble. Anyone else having this issue?

Nope. I have a 4 rack digital and the only problem I had was it falling off till I cleaned it up some

if the seal it self is blistering call bradley, if it is smoke, drippings or something else that has dried on the seal, clean it
