Cool, did you use a  turkey bolder or turkey breast for the jerky?

it dont last long with 3 kids. I did add some red pepper to this batch so it lasts longer for me. ;)

I'm not sure what turkey bolder is. I use turkey breasts. I have friends that raise turkeys so i get all the breasts i want for next to nothing.

conventionally processed boneless turkey breast........ The more expensive ones are not to bad
