Relatively reactivated the smoker, am having a blast. The best so fat; bacon and pastrami, worst; pork butt.

Welcome from Nevada!  So what do you feel was wrong with the pork butt?  Maybe someone can help ya here.  Usually pork butt is amazing in the Bradley!
