Broke out the good china tonight and fried up some of the wet cure beef bacon and made breakfast for dinner taco's

They sure did taste good, we still prefer the dry cure but it ain't bad.
Looks good. Never had beef bacon I don't think.

I hadn't either but I saw a chef using it at his restaurant on TV and asked about it here. Beefmann made it first and then I followed suit doing a wet cure and a dry cure (search for beef bacon to see the posts) everyone that has tried it seems to like the dry better so I would recommend you try the dry method if you want to give it a shot. :)

That's some good stuff, Judy really likes it. I'm looking at dehydrators so I can use it in some beef jerky soon.
