Smoking brisket today and I go to check brisket and door comes off in my hand (sob) its 3yrs old who do I call for replacement and is it under warranty
Its out of warranty. Mine is also in need of replacement. 2nd one in 3 years. Bradley will ship you one for $75.00 with shipping, this is what I was quoted. Need to find a fix for the door or replacement smoker because I sure am not going to be replacing every couple of years.
I'm not sure how badly your's is broken, but if you do a search you will find several ways to repair the door. Thanks guys ill check it later still smoking briskets it looks like bottom hinge is broken with the plastic piece on bottom of door also will investigate more when finished smoking
