Rain, rain,rain, and bored to tears so I decided to smoke some salmon to pass the time away.

Did a wet brine.

On the racks for some drying time ( which took forever because of the humidity)!

I hate looking at these threads. Just makes me hungry and we dont have any reds here in iowa either!
