Well I am new to the forum I have had a original Bradley smoker for about 3 years and just bought a auberins PID controller and am smoking a pork loin with it for the first time it is the best thing so easy to use

There are several active members in Iowa, Tenpoint5 even sponsors a Smoke Out in his backyard that we drove up from Texas for.

Yep we just got back from a great trip to Iowa a couple weeks back. Besides Tenpoint5 theres BAM1 and Tiny Tim. There may be others as well. Me? I'm from PA and have been a vol firefighter for more years than I care to say. Welcome to the forum.
