Title: Beef ribs

I have a small rack of beef back ribs that I got when we got a 1/4 of a cow anybody got any good ideas for them in the smoker

season with  jans rub,,, smoke with your favorite  rub for no  more then 3 hr  after the  smoke   mop with your   favorite bbq  sauce till cooked to your  liking
