Title: First recipe - New Smoker - Salmon

So I finally selected my first recipe from the list available on the Bradley site, and modified it a bit to taste. I reduced the salt a bit (was afraid of a salty taste), and added a bit of maple sugar with the brown sugar. Result is very tasty. Not a bad first start.

Too bad the forum doesn't allow to post pictures (unless I'm missing something).

There is a way to post pictures using sites like photobucket, I don't have the forum link for the instructions but you can search for posting photos and it should come up. Most of us love to see the pictures of other peoples smokes and projects.

If you want to post pictures; which is optional, you will need to setup and account on one of the various photo hosting sites. The below link is a pictorial for posting pictures from a Photobucket account:
