Good Afternoon everyone!

1: Is there away to calibrate the digital temperature reading to what is truly going on in the box?

2: Been surfing the net today looking for schematic for the Digital Smoker ... Does anyone have a pdf file of it or have a link? Not talking about what comes in the Owners Manual ... Looking for the PC board lay out and whats what?

3: If I open the Digital box to re-calibrate (if it can be done) does this void the warranty?
