Yes indeed; friends and family at my age appreciate it much more if I make something for them rather than simply purchase a gift.
Fantastic! Very nice packaging for some neat gifts.
Great gift ideas, and very nice packaging.
Last year I gave a variety of infused salts, and they were a big hit, but the packaging was mediocre. Do you have a special place or website where you purchase your packaging?
Here is a list of where I got all the stuff.
Box's from Uline
Salt from San Francisco Salt
Sugar from Safeway
Vanilla Beans from Beanilla
Vodka from local liquor store Smirnoff 100 proof and 86 proof
Bottles from Freund
Tubes for nuts from Paper Mart
Labels from Evermine (My Own Labels)
Nicely done, everyone should be very pleased with that gift.
Check the first item on your list. I think you combined two different recipes. Vanilla Fleur de Sel isn't made with Pure Cane Raw Sugar. Just an oversight on your part I'm sure.
By the way my wife wanted to know what we had to do to get on your Christmas list :D ;)

You are correct, I did correct it and thanks. Just old age.
Thanks. I'm familiar with Uline, and will definitely be checking out Freund , and Paper Mart. If you can't find what you are looking for at Paper Mart, you may want to check out Paper Direct (http://www.paperdirect.com/?scid=GGBR20E&gclid=CISysMjY6LkCFYuk4AodG3oArg). They have a wide assortment of unique labels and stationary.
Man I can't wait till that arrives. ::) ;D
