Post by: GusRobin on September 29, 2013, 08:05:39 PM
Just a simple combo --- bone-in rib-eye; grilled asparagus; Hassellback potato

No pics?

I smoked some ribs and grilled some brats and then in the crock pot for 6 hours.  At the BBQ competition down the road from us slabs of ribs were selling for $22 and brats were $3 each.  I stopped by the store on my way home, bought 1.x slabs for $8, several packages of brats for $1.99 each (5 in a package) and came home and fixed them myself.

Sorry, no pics.
