Title: Anyone for some Pork Spaghetti
Post by: Saber 4 on October 06, 2013, 05:49:34 PM
Put a 7lb butt on for 4 hours of mesquite at 220 last night and it finished about 7:30 this morning after 11 1/2 hours with an IT of 185-190 depending on what part was checked.

I got busy on cleanup and some other projects and it got a long FTC ride, here it is out of FTC about noon.

The bone pulled right out clean and the excess fat just skimmed right out between the muscle groups. And here we have Pork sketti
