Title: My pork butt story

Wife found this on sale for 99 cents per pound
I dusted it with Penzeys BBQ 3000 and smoked for 4 hours with apple at 200
13 1/2 hours later IT of 190 and look what I had for dinner, sides were green beans and hashbrown casserole

Looks good.  I use hickory for smoke about 10 hrs. but that is just me.  Each does their own thing.

All that grub looks gooood!!

I picked up a dozen of those .99/lb butts my self,,,,cant beat that price

Got one finishing up right now,,,,threw it in the smoker last night wont be long till I got me some grub like that
