made up some ABT with a  lil sweet Italian sausage,  the recipe is as follows

8 HALVED JALAPEÑOS
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
8 OZ SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE
1 LB BACON THIN SLICED
1/4 LB COOKED MEAT
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
4 TBSP GROUND MUSTARD

REMOVE STEMS AND SEED JALAPEÑOS, CUT  IN HALF LENGTH WISE, COOK THE MEAT  MELT CREAM CHEESE INTO THE MEAT. STUFF JALAPEÑOS WITH MEAT AND CREAM CHEESE, WRAP WITH BACON SLIDE TOOTHPICK THROUGH TO HOLD, MIX BROWN SUGAR AND MUSTARD TOGETHER SPRINKLE ON WRAPPED ATOMIC BUFFALO TURDS, SMOKE OR BAKE TILL BACON IS CRISPY

I love ABT's, but I will pass on the sweet stuff.
