Guys and gals,

Does anyone have a copy cat recipe for Oh Boy Oberto PepperedThin Style Jerky. I love this stuff and have a bunch of deer elk I'd like to turn into it. I've made a bunch of jerky just not this recipe. Thanks for any help!

The ingredient look very simple:

INGREDIENTS: Beef, Water, Corn Syrup, Salt, Less Than 2% Of Spices, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Erythorbate And Sodium Nitrite.

I don't but have you checked the recipe site at http://www.susanminor.org/forums/index.php. There are some excellent jerky makers out there so I hope one of them can help you.
