I was in Scotland this summer and couldn't get enough of the British style bacon. I had no success in finding it here in east Tennessee so I started looking to the web for ideas. Fortunately, I came upon this site and have found a lot of good ideas by reviewing several posts. Although I haven't found British bacon per se, I figured it's close to the Canadian bcon recipes.
