Has anyone made venison bacon and if so could you please share your recipe? A processing plant here makes it and it is really good so I would like to try some. Thanks

I also followed the method stated above, but I used a venison bacon kit from Cabelas. Turned out very good! I decided to use ground pork instead of beef. Definitely nice to have a meat slicer to make consistent slices.

Ordered some mix from Curley's now all I have to do is get a deer.LOL.
