I just got my PDI built and looking for info on how to set. I no I have seen settings on here for snack stix and sausage but I am having trouble finding them. Does anyone have a chart on the times and temps? C1 t130 c2 t140 etc. thanks.
Not sure how to set your PID, but if you are looking for temp to set it to, here is what I use for sausage ( I got this from 10.5):
120* - 1 hr
130* - 1-2 (depends how much smoke time)
140* - 1-2 hr
150* - 1hr
160* - 1 hr or final IT
170* - to Final IT
