Title: Shipping Cheese

Has anyone shipped vacuum packed smoked cheese and Canadian bacon, I want to ship some to my dad for his birthday but I don't have time to do it with dry ice, I can ship overnight with no problems as he is in South Texas.

I ship frozen sausage and jerky with no additional refrigeration.  No problems three days.  I bet if you put the cheese in with the CB (frozen I assume) it will be fine over night.
