Title: First try at Hillbilly Bacon

Yesterday we smoked our Hillbilly Bacon used apple 3 hours cold smoke and 2 hours hot smoke at 150deg.

Sliced and ready to be vac-sealed. I did cook up 6 pieces sorry no photo the best bacon I have ever had.

That looks good, I am definitely going to do this when I get low on bacon and Canadian bacon in the freezer.
