Title: Smoker not reaching temp.
Post by: chironomidaddict on November 09, 2013, 03:12:27 PM
Started my smoker an hour ago to preheat to 225 degrees to put in a peppered sirloin roast and it will not go past  88 degrees.
It is a calm day here and +8. It is only the second time using this unit, ideas why??
Thanks

Try pulling your plugs out and replug them making sure they are seated tightly.
Do you have an digital or OBS?
