SWMBO wanted baby backs for dinner tonight, so we stopped at the store on the way home with the mules and I picked up a rack of ribs, a couple of taters, and some asparagus. Our friends that took us to the Texas Roadhouse are good friends with the meat manager at the restaurant so not only did we get some great ribeye's, when I commented on how good the steak was seasoned the manager came back and gave me 2 containers of their powdered steak seasoning. So of course when I split the rack of ribs in half to fit the BCS I seasoned one half with Juicy Pig and the other with Roadhouse steak seasoning and man were they tasty, now I have to figure out what's in it so I can make my own. I did the Hasselback potato's in the oven and grilled the asparagus to finish out the dinner, the ribs took about 2 hours in the BCS on PL05 with pecan pucks.

You will enjoy it and the other things you can do with it, with this addiction we keep getting to add more toys, I mean tools to our arsenal.
Another nice meal, Robert. I'm beginning to see why Miss Judy keeps you around!
