Saturday nightshift at work and I did up some Pork back ribs for the guys.

Heres the spread Ribs(I did 4 racks Memphis rub and 2 racks with a Brown sugar rub) CornBread Biscuts, Cesar Salad, Carrots, and Jo jo's. And for dessert its Cherry pie and Blueberry pie with Vanilla Ice Cream

I smoked them for 1 hrs then cooked for 4 more hrs at 220 F. Did FTC to get them to work. After 4 hrs the ribs were still hot and ready to serve.

That's a great way to keep the crew happy, bet there was more napping than working after that lunch ;D
we work a 4 on 4 off schedual. 2 days then 2 nights, 6-6. We usually try to do a feed on our first night shift. They are usually potluck style and everyone trys to do a main course over the year. Or if we work Sat/Sun dayshifts we try to do up a breakfast.
