I have 30 pounds in the car now along with 10 pounds of horseradish cheese and 5 long sticks of pepperoni. I'll be busy next weekend. I planned to smoke today and tomorrow but have been working 12 hour days for the last four days and I am in here again (Sat morning) for another 12.  >:(
I really thought about bringing in the Smoke Daddy Clone and using a cardboard box, smoking the cheese here in the plant. But figured I better not. I would be cool getting paid time and a half for smoking cheese.  :)
