With turkey day tomorrow and the price of left over turkeys plummeting on Friday (they typically do) was thinking of picking up an extra 1 or 2 turkeys.
That would yield wings & legs for smoking :P , carcass for soup stock, and large breasts for making jerky.
Instead of grinding or thin slicing, has anyone ever made jerky nuggets - meube style?
Am thinking of using Yoshida's Sauce (since I have some already), fresh ginger & cure.
Thank you,
