Good evening, we just got a 4 rack digital.
Seasoned it today and cooking some marinated moose steaks &whole baby potatoes right now. Can't hardly wait!

Thanks, so sad, it didn't work.
The oven element that is.
I got some nice hickory smoke on it and had to cook in the oven in the house.

Incredible what a little smoke does to a simple potato.

Back to the store tomorrow I guess. :'(

Welcome and lets figure out what happened. First thing to do is make sure your plugs are pushed in all the way. If they are unplug and replug them several times to make sure they are connected well. You should come here right away when you have trouble as someone should be able to help you out.
