Title: beef brisket and pork butt together?
Post by: smokingthemidwest on November 29, 2013, 07:47:58 AM
Hello everybody and happy thanksgiving. I was going to smoke a beef brisket and a pork butt for a family supper on sunday night. Would it be okay to smoke them at the same time? Don't want to get the family sick from beef and pork on the smoker at the same time. Thanks for the input. Smoking the midwest

X2   In fact, my Mother used to cook a roast from each critter together all the time.  Great flavor  ;D
