Title: Smoked Pickled Eggs

We are heading back south on Wednesday. My neighbor mentioned smoked eggs.

Did you go hunting today Rick? I know how good the smoked pickled eggs are. Mmmm.  :)

I didnt go, not a PA resident anymore.

You need me to come down and show you how these things are made :o
When I cold smoke the eggs, I also smoke the jalepenos and onions as well.

You can take a case home when you visit me next summer 8)

I've never pickled smoked eggs but I used to make pickled eggs a lot. Guess I will have to try it again with smoked ones. I used to add asparagus spears and 2"

Oops. What I meant to say is asparagus spears and 2" pieces of deer sticks along with everything else. Had to use gallon pickle jars but they were pretty dang good!
