I'm going down to San Antonio to visit family at Christmas, does anyone know if dewied's has a retail store at their headquarters in San Antonio? or any other good sausage related stores there, I know Allied Kenco is in Houston but I haven't had a reason to go down to Houston yet.
It's hard to tell by looking at their website. I would give them a call.

I've been buying their hog casings from Cabela's, hopefully they have a retail store as well so I can check for some bargains.
