So I'm wanting to try some salumi in umai bags. But I need to get a fridge. What temp do you want to keep the fridge at? Would a mini fridge work? Or do you just keep it in your
Personal fridge?

If you have room a normal fridge will work. Nothing special for hardware is needed.

depends what temp you keep your fridge. I have some pepperoni, salami, and capicola in UMAi bags currently in my "everyday" fridge. Only tried 1 of the pepperoni so far, and it was good.

I jus got off the phone with the lady so I got a bit more info. Can't wait to order and get it started! How much longer untill yours will be done Gusrobin?
