Hi Bradley Smokers!

Just introducing myself as a new lurker and learner on the forums.... I have a Bradley Smoker that is about 6 months old now, doing OK with it so far but definitely want to refine and expand my skills. Love doing meats and some vegetables, especially onions halved and smoked for 3 hours or so till they turn to jelly.

Thinking about smoking some hops as well (for beer brewing), anyone have any luck with that?

Welcome from Alberta. Haven't tried hops but I may have to, I just started growing some this past summer. Good luck with the smoker.
